Anant National University, India’s Premier Design University, is dedicated to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking.

About the School

The School of Design offers multidisciplinary undergraduate programmes across diverse design disciplines, fostering creativity, innovation, research and industry engagement.

Role Purpose

To provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the School of Design, advancing excellence in education, research, innovation, industry engagement and institutional growth.

Term of Deanship

Three-year, extendable based on performance and institutional needs.

Required Education Qualification

Strong academic credentials with a terminal professional master’s degree from a reputed institute and substantive professional experience. Ideally an earned doctorate.

Years of Experience

Distinguished scholarship and teaching record spanning 20+ years, in combination with administrative experience at the department/university level in India or abroad. Professional experience added advantage. Extensive research experience and track record of publishing in top-quality scholarship helpful.
