About Aarambh Incubation Centre

Aarambh Incubation Centre fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property development and commercialization by supporting startups, student and faculty innovators, as well as industry collaborations. The centre provides pre-incubation, incubation, mentoring, funding support, capacity-building programmes, and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate design-led innovation and entrepreneurship

  • Student pursuing Communication Design/ Graphic Design, or a related discipline. The position is not open to final-year students.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Develop and produce artwork, marketing collaterals, and website content aligned with the core objectives of Aarambh Incubation Centre and handmade@Anant initiatives.
  • Design layouts for policy documents, annual reports, brochures, event collateral, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure brand coherence and consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to creative ideation discussions.
  • Develop engaging visual and written content for Aarambh Incubation Centre and handmade@Anant’s social media presence.

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Sound knowledge of layout, typography, composition, colour theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro is required.
  • Basic understanding of the entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem is desirable.
