About Department

The Visualiser will function as the creative spine of the design team, ensuring that all visual outputs – static, motion, and video are conceptually strong, strategically aligned, and aesthetically differentiated.
This role goes beyond execution. The Visualiser will interpret briefs from all the departments across Anant, shape visual thinking, and elevate creative quality across the organisation, acting as a bridge between strategy and design execution.

Required Education Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Design (Communication Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Animation / Film or related fields) from a reputed institute.

Years of Experience

6 to 8 years in a design/creative agency, media house, or in-house brand team.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

    Creative Interpretation & Concept Development
     

  • Translate briefs from multiple internal stakeholders (Marketing, Admissions, Academics, PR) into clear, compelling visual direction.
  • Develop strong creative concepts, mood boards, and visual frameworks before execution.
  • Ensure all outputs align with Anant’s core positioning: design-led, future-facing, and outcome-driven.
  •  

    Creative Quality Control & Direction
     

  • Be the quality gatekeeper for all creatives produced by the design team.
  • Review and refine work across formats – Static (ads, social posts, print, OOH), Motion Graphics, and Videos (long-form, short-form, reels, explainers).
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to designers to improve craft, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
  • Maintain consistency in brand language, typography, colour systems, and design grammar.
  •  

    Multi-format Visual Thinking
     

  • Conceptualise and guide execution across social media creatives (performance + brand), key campaign visuals, website and landing page visuals, and video storytelling (hooks, transitions, pacing, supers).
  •  

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
     

  • Work closely with Marketing (campaign strategy), Admissions (lead generation creatives), Academics (programme storytelling), and external agencies and production partners.
  • Convert briefs into structured, actionable creative outputs.
  •  

    Design Execution
     

  • Create high-quality creatives independently when needed.
  • Support the team during high-pressure timelines and campaign peaks.
  •  

    AI-led Design Integration
     

  • Leverage AI tools to improve speed, ideation, and output quality.
  • Stay updated and actively use AI design tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Higgsfield, and DALL·E.
  • Integrate AI into workflows for concept generation, prototyping, and visual experimentation.
  •  

    Tool Proficiency & Technical Skills
     

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma (for web and UI-related creatives).
  • Understanding of video editing, motion principles, and storytelling grammar.

  • Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability to critically analyse and improve creatives.
  • High attention to detail, typography, and layout systems.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creatives vs brand creatives.
