About Department

The Office of Student Affairs at Anant National University works on designing, curating, and implementing the non-academic student experience on campus as well as at the residences. Student Services oversees campus life, residence life, university-wide events,
on-campus jobs, student wellbeing, student governance and committees, branding, outreach, and alumni relations, among others. We strive to create a thriving student experience at par with the best across institutions.

Required Education Qualification and Years of Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Relevant experience in administrative coordination, office management, or academic administration will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, calendar management, and ERP/software-based administrative systems.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise meeting notes and official communication.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Coordinate with the Purchase and Billing Departments for timely submission and follow-up of event-related bills and reimbursement documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, supporting documents, and reimbursement status for student affairs events and activities.
  • Manage the student life events calendar and ensure accurate and timely updates in the ERP/system.
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Dean Student Affairs, including managing appointments, meetings, and priority engagements.
  • Coordinate meetings with students, faculty, and internal or external stakeholders, including scheduling, communication, reminders, and follow-up.
  • Draft Minutes of Meeting (MOM), record key discussions and action points, and circulate them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate effective interdepartmental coordination with academic, administrative, finance, purchase, billing, and other relevant teams for smooth execution of tasks and events.
  • Maintain organized documentation, correspondence, records, and trackers related to meetings, events, schedules, and office operations.
  • Support the office in handling routine administrative responsibilities with professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth execution of student affairs activities through timely follow-up, communication, and coordination.
